Here you can find the best of both mountain and road bike riding in Northamptonshire.
At Treads CC we are really enthusiastic about our club and are always looking to grow our membership by encouraging new members, regardless of age and riding ability, to join us.
Over the years we have gathered a vast knowledge of exciting, fun and challenging cycle rides throughout Northamptonshire, with many of the routes hidden away and unknown to most. Our aim is to offer any new member a warm and friendly atmosphere and a fun ride whilst increasing your enjoyment of the sport that we all love.
So what can you expect?
We offer regular local mountain and road bike rides to suit all, including local night mountain bike rides. For those that want to, we also have regular adventures to Wales and the Alps, but we will always tailor each ride depending upon the ability of the turnout.
So, whether you are looking to discover new cycling routes, make new riding buddies, get started on the road to racing, or simply increase your fitness levels and have fun, we want to support you and encourage you to join the club.
For local Northamptonshire mountain bike rides we meet in the Delapre golf complex car park every Sunday starting at 08.30am and finishing back at the car park at approximately 12pm. Wednesday starting at 6:30pm and finishing back at the car park at approximately 9:00pm
For local road rides we meet every other week, check the forum and ride calendar, at Nuffield Health Club (formally Canons) car park every other Saturday morning from 9.45 am, arriving back at the Nuffield Health Club car park at approximately 1.30 pm.
Our weekend rides normally involve a stop off for coffee and cake, which provides an opportunity to refuel and to get to know other club members better.

We will be riding three times a week right through the year, come rain, snow or shine!
